Party Supplies Delivery and Returns Information
Our standard delivery charge for your party supplies order is £3.95, (small light weight orders under 60g are only £1.95). Order by 3pm weekdays for delivery within 2-5 working* days
Very heavy, over sized items over 2kgs in weight are £5.95, normally via courier
Order by 1pm weekdays and receive your order in 1-2 working* days (via Royal Mail 1st class service). Choose the express option at the checkout and an additional £2.95 will be added to your standard charge. Please note this is not a signed for, trackable service
Next day Delivery
Place your order before 1pm on weekdays and the parcel will be delivered the next working day* (£5.95 extra). A signature may be required for this service.
**NB - Large, over sized orders in excess of 2kg, such as the large cake stands and sweet cone orders (over 20 cones) can not qualify for this service as they need to be booked in with a courier. However the courier service used is 48 hours from order confirmation so is guaranteed to arrive within 2 working* days.
FREE LOCAL COLLECTION
If you are local to our premises in Lechlade, Gloucestershire, feel free to pop by and collect your party supplies order completely FREE of charge. Simply fill in your address upon checkout and replace 'United Kingdom' with 'Collect in person' from the drop down list and contact us to arrange collection. If you require FREE delivery, please contact us for details (within 10 miles of Lechlade)
Charges above apply to the UK, Ireland and the Channel Islands
We can despatch your items on a Saturday if the order is placed before 10.00am.
* Working days are Monday to and including Fridays and exclude bank holidays.
We cannot be held responsible for any items left at/outside your property without a signature.
Delivery to Overseas Addresses
If you live outside the UK we can still deliver to you. Simply enter your correct country in the drop down list and the cost will be calculated for you at the checkout before you pay.
Returns and Refunds
If, in the unfortunate event, you are not completely satisfied with all or part of your order, we will issue a full refund. You must contact us within 3 working days from receipt of your order and let us know if the goods are faulty or unwanted. Unwanted goods will still be refunded but need to be returned to us within 7 days of receipt in the original, unopened packaging (you will be refunded for the goods, excluding original postage costs). This does affect your statutory rights.
Please return the goods, using Royal Mail second class delivery, to address below and we will reimburse any delivery charges, if the item is found to be faulty.
