Our standard delivery charge for your party supplies order is £4.25. Order by 1pm weekdays for delivery within 3-5 working* days. All orders are sent with a fully tracked service using Royal Mail who will provide delivery options if you are not in when delivery is attempted.
Heavy, over sized items over 2kgs in weight are £5.95 using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
£6.95 for standard weight orders (under 10kg). Order by 1pm weekdays and receive your order within 2-3 working* days, using fully tracked Royal Mail service. You will be provided with various delivery options if you are not in when delivery is attempted
£9.95 – Place your order before 1pm on weekdays and the parcel will be delivered the next working day. A signature may be required for this service.
Orders will be sent using a fully tracked Royal Mail Tracked 24 service or ‘Special delivery by 1pm’ service (this is currently 6pm until further notice)
Unfortunately this service is not available for personalised items such as sweet cones.

If you are local to our premises in Lechlade, Gloucestershire, feel free to pop by and collect your party supplies order completely FREE of charge. Simply select ‘Collect in person’ from the delivery options on the basket page and contact us to arrange collection. If you require FREE delivery, please contact us for details (within 5 miles of Lechlade).

The day of ordering is not counted as one of the delivery days

We cannot be held responsible for any items left at/outside your property without a signature.
If you live outside the UK we can still deliver to you. Simply enter your correct country in the drop down list and the cost will be calculated for you at the checkout before you pay.
Please check all orders within 3 days of receipt to ensure we can help to replace any damaged items before your party. If, in the unfortunate event, you are not completely satisfied with all or part of your order, we will issue a full refund. You must contact us within 3 working days from receipt of your order and let us know if the goods are faulty or unwanted. Unwanted goods will still be refunded but need to be returned to us within 7 days of receipt in the original, unopened packaging (you will be refunded for the goods, excluding original postage costs). This does affect your statutory rights.
Personalised Items – Unfortunately we can not accept returns for personalised items unless proven faulty.
