Minion Party Bags
What you need:
Pack of plain bright yellow paper party bags (£2.95 for 12)
Minion printables – You can find this here
Simply print out the goggles in colour, cut them out and stick onto the yellow paper bags. Use a black felt pen to draw on a few facial expressions and hey presto, Minion party bags!
Minion Party Food And Tableware
There is a whole world of party food ideas out there (check out our Pinterest boards for more) but here are a few fun suggestions.
Minion Themed Tableware
Using a selection of plain yellow and blue paper cups, plates, table covers and straws (all sold here on the website), you can create a cool range of tableware at half the price of the licenced party supplies and you will WOW the kids (and parents!) with your creativity.
Below is an idea for paper cups. You can use the goggles printable that was used for the party bags or simply attach a black strip around the cup and stick on self adhesive googly eyes!
Minion Party Food Ideas
Most Minion party food is centred around BA-NA-NAs of course, but there are many more foods that can be used to create Minion party food such as pineapple chunks, blueberries, cheese cubes, Minion Haribos, nachos with dips etc etc. Basically anything yellow, blue or purple!
1. Bananas – Here are a couple of ideas. You can draw silly faces on them with a black pen (whole ones). Or you can cut them into slices and arrange with blueberries in the shape of a Minion on a plate.
2. Decorate plain tea biscuits with blue icing one end and yellow icing at the other. You can buy edible iced eyes which you can then stick on the biscuits and use a tube of black icing to create facial expressions.
3. You can arrange nachos and dips in bowls on the party table and use printables to let the Minion party guests know what is in each bowl/plate. You can type into the printable (using WORD) or you can print out blank and simply write on afterwards. Stick the food labels to card to strengthen them. You can also use then to decorate cups, plates and other accessories
Simply get some plain yellow balloons (£2.30 for 10) and using the goggles printable and a black permanent marker pen, you can create your very own Bob, Kevin and Stuart themed party balloons which all the kids will love. Maybe even involve your own children in the making of the balloons.
There are many more imaginative Minion party ideas on our Pinterest ‘Boys party ideas’ boards such as games ideas (Pin the goggles on the Minion!), how to make a Minion cake or cupcakes and other party food and decoration ideas.
Please do send us any photos you take of your Minion parties and let’s share the Minion love!
