Party Planning Tips
Follow the 3P’s for a successful party that is a cut above the rest!
Fabulous Partyware’s 3P’s for planning a party with style!
P1: Plain, paper party supplies – Use plain party supplies to create unique and stylish decorations and party bags. For example you can blow up plain balloons at the party and let the kids decorate them with printables/stickers and give them some pens to draw funny faces. Click here for our Minion party blog. Bespoke party bags – you can buy stickers (or use printables) of your child’s favorite theme and apply to plain paper party bags. They will be both environmentally friendly and different to the average cheap plastic licenced theme bags. In true Blue Peter style, here’s some I made earlier for my own son’s party! :
- P2: Pinterest – Use Pinterest to get loads of fabulous ideas and inspirations for parties and events. We have a selection of boards you might like to browse initially but there is a whole word of amazing party ideas just waiting to be discovered out there. - P3: Plan ahead! – It may sound very obvious but all us busy Mum’s have been there and we don’t really have an excuse as we clearly know when our kids birthdays are! You need to allow at least 4-6 weeks to ensure you have everything booked such as the venue (home or away?), entertainment and ‘who’s making the cake?!
